JOIN THIS IS SPINAL TAP FOR AN EXCLUSIVE WALK MS EVENT ON DAY 2 OF THE 2017 BIKE MS CAPE COD GETAWAY!
Spinal Tap goes to 11 – we are the only team at the Bike MS Cape Cod Getaway that hosts a walk to raise more money in support of the National MS Society, because we want to END MS! (And become the #1 fundraiser at Bike MS 2018!) If you’re meeting up with a friend in P-town at the end of the ride, or just want to show your support for This Is Spinal Tap without hopping on a bike, JOIN OUR WALKERS!
Registration with the Spinal Tap Walkers includes an official team shirt and a ferry ride to and from Plymouth/P-town! The official Team Spinal Tap Walk MS will begin just off the ferry, and head toward the Bike MS finish line.

Plymouth Fitness is offers quarterly Showcase Weekends to feature many of their incredible programs while raising some funds for local charities & community groups. This action packed weekend will benefit The National Multiple Sclerosis Society by supporting Team Spinal Tap! Look for Team Spinal Tap riders to in the lobby as they “spin-a-thon” for 7 hours. Plymouth Fitness is excited to offer free cycle training classes to Team Spinal Tap every Tuesday night through the end of March! If you are considering doing indoor cycle training more than once a week, or you’d just like to work on your fitness, you can join Plymouth Fitness.

SISU Fitness is excited to offer free cycle training classes to Team Spinal Tap every Wednesday night through the end of March! If you are considering doing indoor cycle training more than once a week, SISU is offering 10 class passes for purchase. Passes can also be used for the Cross Training/Cardio Class and SISU 1,2,3 Class, which are a great way to get your entire body in the best condition for the Bike MS in June. SISU has no membership fees.
