Where did we get our name? Well, the cult classic This is Spinal Tap of course! When Becky was awaiting her actual spinal tap that would determine if she did, in fact, have Multiple Sclerosis, just a few months short of her 30th birthday, her then boyfriend (now husband) tried to distract her in the waiting room. They recited line after line of the movie until Brendan suggested, “Hey, that should be the name of our Bike MS team!” Thus, Team Spinal Tap was born. We started with 11 riders and have grown exponentially over the years to be one of the top fundraisers for the National MS Society. We do it to 11.
